We are pleased to announce the launch of a new phone system to enhance our service to you.
Effective January 4, 2016, all phone calls to 935-8511 (Hilo office) and 329-3558 (Kona office) will be answered by the phone system in our Hilo corporate office. To place an order, or to speak to a customer service representative, press 1.
The new phone system will improve our ability to contribute to your success by providing you with faster, effective service.
Less wait time:
- The phone system will answer immediately, and will route your call to the first available customer service representative.
- We can quickly add more customer service representatives during periods of high call volume.
- Our friendly, Hilo-based customer service representatives will have more time to attend to your needs.
- Customer service representatives are steps away from the knowledge and resources of our corporate offices.To place orders, in addition to calling our office, you may also fax orders to 969-8536, email orders to firstname.lastname@example.org, submit orders on our website, or connect via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
