However, before we can begin we will need to know more about your business. Please complete our Account Review Form, including social security number(s), spousal information, and continuing personal guaranty, and please attach a copy of your Hawaii general excise tax license. We also ask that you promptly notify us should any of the provided information change in the future.
As a new customer we will open your account to purchase on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. After a period of about six months, we would be pleased to evaluate your account for credit terms. We generally offer the following credit terms:
- A 7-day credit term means that payment must be in our Accounting Office within 7 days of the date of the invoice (delivery) date.
- A 15-day credit term means that payment must be in our Accounting Office within 15 days of the date of the invoice (delivery) date.
Account statements are sent out semi-monthly after the 15th and last day of each month. Service charges for late payment at ¾ of 1% per half-month (equivalent to 18% per annum) will be added to your account at each statement run for invoices unpaid for more than 30 days from invoice date. Thus, it would certainly be to your advantage to keep your payments close to terms.
