Tofu Loaf
 

1 block tofu, drained
1/2 pound EACH ground port and chicken
1/2 cup green onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
4 tablespoons grated carrots
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Squeeze tofu in cheesecloth to remove excess liquid. Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds. Place mixture in a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 30 minutes or until firm.
