1 box plus 1/4 cup mochiko
(mochi rice flour) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together mochiko, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool completely and cut with a plastic knife. |
