WHOLESALE SEAFOOD The Wholesale Department provides fresh fish products to local Big Island restaurants, supermarkets, and hotels and also ships these products throughout the State of Hawaii and to the U.S. Mainland.   Fresh tuna, mahimahi, wahoo, marlin, and snappers are the more popular fresh fish items that are sold and shipped daily. In addition to the local catch, Suisan supplements its supply with an established base of sources throughout the Pacific, with product flown in directly to its customers.
