On the Big Island, Debra Ching and Ric Maiava are representing Ken’s House of Pancakes into the 2016 Hall of Fame. Since 1971, Ken’s House of Pancakes has been a landmark to locals and tourists alike. Rated best breakfast 14 years in a row and rated #18 on Trip Advisor’s best restaurants in Hilo, we’re proud and appreciative of our long-lasting relationship.

Other island inductees include Aaron Placourakis (President/CEO Tri Star Restaurant Group, JAS Restaurants & AMP Restaurants, LTD.) and Bob and Christine French (Brennecke’s Beach Broiler), as well as representatives of 7 restaurants on Oahu.

New this year, two member businesses will be honored as legacy members for having been in business 50 years or more and have contributed to the continued support of the food service Industry in the state. We want to give a special thanks to Zippy’s Restaurants and Aloha Shoyu for their contributions to the local economy and leadership to the industry.
